When we refer to 'cookies' in this Cookie Policy, we mean both cookies and other automated means of data collection, as defined below. By visiting the Sites and interacting with or using the Sites, you expressly consent to the use of cookies as explained hereafter. We ask our Customers to obtain consent on our behalf, where required by applicable data protection laws, for us to use cookies and other automated means of data collection on their digital properties.
This Cookie Policy does not govern the use of the Sites, nor the processing of Information (as defined in our Privacy Policy) collected on the Sites. Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is placed on the browser of the hard drive of your computer (or similar device) by websites that you visit. Most websites use cookies. Cookies are typically used in order to make websites function, or function more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the particular website. With the prior permission from our Customers, we may place a pixel tag on their website. Cookies used on our Sites and Service: The information we receive may include, for example, information about your operating system, the webpages accessed within our Sites, the link that led you to our Sites, and the dates and times you accessed our Sites, event information (e.g. system crashes) and general location information. We may also use third parties who collect Information about Site Visitors through their own cookies, web beacons, and other technologies regarding your online activities, either on our Sites and/or other websites across the Internet, in an effort to understand your interests.

What Cookies Do We Use and Why?
We use the information collected via third party cookies on the Sites to remember your information to prevent you from having to re-enter it during your next visit to our Sites, to see how you visit various sections of the Sites, to monitor how many visitors we have on our Sites and which webpages have been viewed, and to improve and manage the Sites. You have the right to request that FORTVISION provide you with access to the personal data we hold about you, correct your personal data, delete your personal data, and cease or restrict processing of your personal data. FORTVISION maintains data about you in only pseudonymized form, which means we do not know your identity because we do not know or process your name, email address, or other identifiable data. Instead, we only process digital identifiers such as cookie IDs, IP addresses (truncated in EU), mobile advertising IDs on your device, and in some limited circumstances, your hashed email address (for a full list of pseudonymized data we process, please see our Privacy Policy ). This data is processed in order to provide you with personalized content and advertisements.

Through our Platform, FORTVISION will respond to your data access request by identifying your digital identifiers that we do use and the personal data we that process in connection with them. Once you affirm below that you are the subject of this personal data, we will provide you with details about the profile we hold about you.

Please note that FORTVISION retains the data associated with your digital identifiers for only a limited period of time (up to eighteen months, but often a shorter period of time). For this reason, we may not have any information pertaining to your request in our records, and in such a case, we will inform you that we do not have any records associated with your digital identifiers in our systems.

In order to keep your personal data secure and confirm that we have received your request, we need to take steps to verify your identity and right to access the requested data. If we are unable to verify your identity, we will be unable to comply with your request.
